Disc valve
Disc gate valve is used to install high pressure pipeline or as a part of wellhead equipment. Compared with the design of ordinary gate valve, disc gate valve has the following advantages:
-The shell of gate valve is made of forging blank;
-The material of gate valve and valve seat is made of stainless steel;
-The torque of "open close" gate valve is 4.5 times less than that of ordinary gate valve;
-The quantity of lubricating oil is less than 3 times that required for maintenance.
-The maintenance cycle is reduced by 5 times, and the lubricating oil is circulated once every 100 cycles;
-Low cost of repair; - warranty period is 3 years.
