High pressure ball valve
Ball valves are divided into the following types:
1. The ball of floating ball valve is floating. Under the action of medium pressure, the ball can produce a certain displacement and press tightly on the sealing surface of the outlet end to ensure the sealing of the outlet end. The sealing surface and spherical surface of floating ball valve are often in closed state, which are not easy to be eroded by medium. It is not only suitable for general working medium such as water, solvent, acid and natural gas, but also suitable for medium with bad working conditions, such as oxygen, hydrogen peroxide, methane and ethylene, etc. it has been widely used in various industries. 2. The top mounted ball valve is easy and fast to disassemble and maintain on the pipeline. When the valve fails in the pipeline and needs to be repaired, it is not necessary to remove the valve from the pipeline, just remove the bolts and nuts of the middle flange, remove the valve cover and valve stem assembly from the valve body, and then take out the ball and seat assembly to realize on-line maintenance of the ball and valve seat. This kind of maintenance saves time and minimizes the loss in production
3. The fixed ball valve is suitable for long-distance pipeline and general industrial pipeline. Its strength, safety and harsh environment resistance are specially considered in the design. It is suitable for all kinds of corrosive and non corrosive media. When working, the force generated by the fluid in front of the valve on the ball is transmitted to the bearing, which will not make the ball move to the valve seat, so the valve seat will not bear excessive pressure. Therefore, the fixed ball valve seat has small deformation, stable sealing performance, long service life, and is suitable for high pressure and large caliber occasions. Advanced spring pre seat assembly, with self tightening characteristics to achieve upstream sealing. Each valve has two seats, which can be sealed in each direction, so there is no flow restriction in the installation and can be used in both directions. This valve is generally installed horizontally
