Use, maintenance and precautions of high pressure flat gate valve
1. The strength and sealing tests have been carried out before the valve leaves the factory, and the valve is kept in the initial state during use.
2. This series of valve operation hand wheel is marked with opening and closing direction sign, and the upper part of rising stem type is equipped with opening and closing height scale for adjustment indication.
3. When the valve is welded with the pipeline, the valve should be opened, and the neck should be protected with moisture to minimize high-temperature heat conduction, so as to prevent damage to the sealing packing.
4. When closing the valve, it is strictly forbidden to use the force amplifier. When the ram is closed to the top, the hand wheel should rotate 1 / 2 circle to make the ram in floating state.
5. During the use of the valve, the quantitative grease should be injected into the grease injection joint of the valve cap regularly.
6. In case of leakage due to wearing parts in the process of use, the valve shall be replaced in time.
7. During the maintenance of the valve, the inner cavity should be cleaned, and the transmission parts should be greased during assembly.
8. During the storage and shutdown of the valve, the gate should be in the closed position, and the valve should be stored in a ventilated and dry place for long-term storage, and regular inspection and maintenance should be carried out.
