The
high pressure flat gate valve adopts a new balanced floating sealing
structure, which is suitable for oil and natural gas pipelines with
pressure less than 40MPa and temperature not higher than 120 ℃. It is
used as the opening and closing and regulating device of control medium.
The product has novel structure design, proper material selection,
strict test and easy operation.
The high pressure flat gate valve has
reasonable structure, reliable sealing and easy operation. All sealing
surfaces are spray welded with cemented carbide. It has the advantages
of corrosion resistance, wear resistance and corrosion resistance, and
can be used for throttling. It is suitable for water, oil, mud and
natural gas pipelines with working pressure ≤ 42ma and working
temperature ≤ 120 ℃ as the opening and closing and regulating device for
controlling medium flow.
High pressure flat gate valve is mainly
used in power plant boilers, pressure vessels and temperature and
pressure reducing devices to prevent the pressure from exceeding the
allowable high pressure value and ensure the safe operation of the
equipment. When the medium pressure rises to the set pressure, the
impact safety valve opens, and the medium enters the piston chamber of
the main safety valve from the pulse pipe, and pushes the piston
downward to open the valve automatically. When the impact valve is
closed, the valve disc automatically closes again. The sealing surface
is made of cobalt base chromium nickel stainless steel. The disc is heat
treated to improve wear resistance and erosion resistance.
