How to give full play to the advantages of high pressure flat gate valve?
1. Due to the double sealing, the worn parts can be replaced without affecting the operation of the pipeline.
2. The high pressure flat gate valve mainly adopts floating valve seat, bidirectional switch, reliable sealing and flexible switch.
3. The guide hole is set at the lower part of the high-pressure flat gate valve to guide accurately. Meanwhile, the sealing part is made of corrosion-resistant cemented carbide by spray welding.
4. When opening the gate of the high-pressure flat gate valve, turn the hand wheel anticlockwise to make the gate move upward, and the diversion hole is connected with the passage hole. At the same time, with the increase of indenter, the through hole becomes larger. When the high-pressure flat gate valve reaches the position, the diversion hole overlaps with the passage hole, and then the diversion hole is fully opened.
5. The high pressure flat gate valve has high bearing capacity and straight passage. When fully open, the high pressure flat gate valve must be connected with the gate guide hole, similar to the straight pipe with small flow resistance. The valve stem is equipped with composite packing and multiple seals to ensure reliable sealing and low friction.
6. When the valve is closed, the handwheel of the high-pressure flat gate valve rotates clockwise and the gate moves downward to the bottom. Due to the influence of medium pressure, the inlet seal seat is pushed to the gate. Thus, a larger sealing pressure and channel seal are formed. At the same time, the gate is pressed on the seal seat at the outlet end to form a double seal.
